Worked with your online chat rep for 1:15 today.
He added the box to my account and it still show unprovisioned. I ebonite’s my WIRELESS ACCESS POINT and rebooted the set top box and reconnected it to the network. The problem is still the same.

WIRELESS CABLE BOXES WILL NOT RE-CONNECT
Some nice fence people cut our ATT fiber cable so we were without for 24 hours. Now our wireless receivers will not re-connect after following the re-connect onscreen instructions. Any suggestions?

Being charged for equipment that the service tech took
I moved 2 months ago, but carried over my equipment and services with AT&T. I brought all of the equipment from my old house to the new house. The service tech had to change out my TV receiver and took my old one. I am now being billed $150.00 for missing receiver that I don't have
