Equipment return
I canceled my TV service, sent back 5 items. Took them to FedEx , ATT is charging my account for one item they say is unreturned. I have all the tracking numbers and serial number. I went back to FedEx just to make sure all the items were sent. I have call 6 times customer service, and I went to the ATT store in my town had them call on my behalf, they provided all the requested information. Still after all I have done, AT&T has not removed the charge. Now what do I do going forward?

File a complaint with the BBB. Those are handled by the OOP. You should receive a response in due time.

I'm facing this same dilema (returned four but they only show 3 returned). Have the receipt but have to wait a few more weeks before I get the non returned equipment invoice.
