U-verse TV Equipment

I have two S10-53 Tv remotes and one has stopped working. Will not turn Tv on or off. No on demand or recorded TV etc. These are old and probably worn out. I tried twice to have customer service replace it and they act like thy know how to do it but I never recieve a new remote. The last time I call

When I record a program on any channel and play back the recording freeze and then skips. my DVR, Modem and wire into the house to the modem have all been replaced. Still have problem

We have 4 tv's and all of them are constantly freezing. This is very frustrating abd it is getting worse.  Today it will play for 1 minute and then freeze.  We cannot watch anything!

Recordings list is unavailable. I’ve rebooted the modem and Tv units.

How do I assign my favorite list of channels to the main guide?

Bought a new smart tv. My Att u-verse remote will not go into pairing mode. Was working before. Remote operates the cable box fine.

I'm trying to use the Eero system to improve my wi-fi throughout the house. My two wireless receivers for U-verse tv will not connect because eero does not support WPS connections. Does Uverse have wireless receivers that use WPA 2 or better that would work with Eero?

Happens sporadically.  Reboot fixes screen but often not sound.  Samsung plus input works fine.
