Uverse app (android) care code 201
Hi - Mom just set up my secondary account, on my laptop browser I can log in to AT&T fine (not using AT&T internet btw), but on my android phone Uverse app (not on AT&t internet either fyi) I keep getting care code 201. I tried resetting the password (to the same thing as I saw others have done), still does not work. Would unplugging at home for 2 minutes reset the account maybe, my secondary account was just created a few hours ago. Not sure what to do, everything seems in order except the error code on the app. Thanks for any help!

My search didn't find my issue, but did find the 'opposite' issue, people could log into the app but got 201 code in broswer, the suggested fixes didn't work or didn't apply. (I did unsuccessfully try the usual force stop/clear cache.)
