UVERSE Receiver Fee
Returned 2 Receivers as they were no longer being used, kids left for college, I have the FedEX documentation. Still being billed $10.00 per month for each receiver ($20.00) It has been over 2 months. Oddly enough, I receive a random automated call from AT&T, directing me to contact them regarding unreturned equipment, or we would be billed equipment fee.

If you can’t get any resolution by calling CS, file a complaint with the BBB.
