U-verse TV Equipment

I have a venturer TV and trying to program my remote control to it

Does U-verse offer a wireless DVR? I have the one receiver that is wireless and would love to have the DVR wireless also.

Tech came out and replaced one of our uverse receivers. He gave us return box and instructions. We returned it next day. Approx July 15th, 2023. Now my bill has a charge for 163.00 for equipment not returned.

Our main TV is working fine; problem is with secondary TV. Netflix works okay, so internet signal is good. 10-15 seconds after changing channels, it freezes.
