Collections Charge under investigation by ATT

My Uverse service was transferred to a new address. Att sent new equipment to my old address and I was not notified. A $210 charge was sent to collections and I found out much later when the charge showed up on my credit. ATT reps and I resolved the issue and the charge was removed from my credit. N

How to perform a destructive recovery on dvr?...other "options"?

I know I've seen theses instructions posted before but for some reason my searches haven't been able to locate them. I've been getting an X8 on my IPH8010 so it looks like the dvr finally bit the dust. I've tried non-destructive unplugging power 3 times many times and had no success reviving it.

Red wi-fi bars on UVerse box.

This is a recent development. We have had AT&T Uverse for years. The Wi-Fi indicator light was always green until recently and now it's red. The television is working fine just concerned about the red lights.

Receiver reboots on its own

When I press certain buttons, the receiver will continuously reboots. Last night, it rebooted without touching the remote.  I tried switching receivers with another TV in home and problem persists on same TV.  Not sure if this is a receiver or TV issue.  Anyone experience this?

Volume button not working on remote

I have a Samsung tv and AT&T remote every button works on the remote except I can’t change the volume or mute the TV please help. I’ve tried re-pairing the remote and modifying audio settings but nothing works

Replacement Power Block

I've called the number for Customer Service and done the "Chat/automated response" thing and they are to no avail. One of my received power blocks has gone bad.   The system tests show good because the other receivers are all up and running.  SO automated chat is a no go.
