Equipment return.
I have moved to a place where I can no longer have AT&T uverse and I cancelled my account. I turned in all the equipment requested and have a receipt from UPS. But I have received no confirmation from AT&T that they received it. I thought I would get at least an email confirmation.

I turned my equipment in to UPS and did get an email confirmation; however, they only show three of the four receivers as being received at AT&T. Now I have to wait until an non returned equipment bill is generated and then I can dispute. Nothing is easy with AT&T. This forum is wonderful - do a direct message (you will be offered this) and they can help you through a private direct message.

I was never offered a direct message. I am now in a retirement community and their internet has been down since I moved here on July 5th. I have to use my prepaid AT&T cell phone as a hot spot and have to conserve data. Thanx though.
Can't get back here to often do to limited data.
