I was a previous DTV subscriber who just reactivated my subscription. I have an old Gemini 1 device. Where can I purchase additional Gemini devices?  The "add a device" option is grayed out in my manage devices tab.   Also, is the Gemini Air faster than the Gemini 1 devices?

I am a customer of both, and used to be able to sign in under one login to see both accounts. Now when I sign in to AT&T I only see my Internet account, and when I try to sign into DirecTV I get an error. How do I solve this?

How long after past due date do I have before service interruption

I cannot get in to pay my bill. What have you done to your site? When I finally go to my bill, I get an error message. Totally lost in this. I JUST WANT TO PAY MY BILL AND DO NOT WANT TO PAY IT UNTIL i CAN SEE IT!

Instead of waiting for the channel to switch from satellite to streaming, is there a setting or way to force it to use the internet? We live in a windy area, and this would be a great value to the service.
