Hello, Does anyone know how I can access the new program DIRECTV introduced DIRECTV perks? I have been trying to login to this program and it stays on this page. It says PERKS are ready for me. I've tried from a laptop and a smart phone. Neither option is working. I already have a DIRECTV satellite

GREAT Customer Service

We have been with Direct TV for 15 years. Today is the first time we have EVER got really good customer service trying to lower our bill. I spoke to Melisha agent ID MN503C - she was WONDERFUL. She was PLEASANT, easy to understand, HONEST, and helpful in lowering our bill back to a reasonable level

I have trying for months to get Directv to acknowledge that I cancelled my service. They ignore my emails and just keep trying

I moved away from Sacramento months ago and cancelled my tv service. Yet you keep claiming I’m there.  I haven’t had directv for months I’ve tried to contact you but you ignore everything. I’m not paying for service just because you refuse to acknnowledge cancellations.

Unauthorized account sign up.

Someone has signed my 80 year old mother up for an account with 8 boxes at an address she does not live at without her permission or authorization. The Address they signed her up at already is an ATT Direct TV Customer. now my mother is being billed for an account she did not authorize.

Is the Chat function turned off on DirecTV? It shows as a Contact Us method but you can't click on anything to start the dialogue.I have a $15.00 charge on my monthly invoice for Advanced Receiver Service. What is that? Directv MasterCard Refund

This card is useless. How do I go about getting my refund back that they owe me.  I used this card that they sent me with a refund on it and directv preceded to reject payment with this card.  So now the card has no balance and I had to pay the month that they rejected the payment for.&nb

Prepaid Mastercard for Refund Not Working

I was issued a prepaid Mastercard by Northlane for a refund I was due from DIRECTV. I was able to activate the card but when I tried to transfer the balance, I got an error message that I was not authorized.  I logged off and have not been able to log back in, despite trying to reset my passwo
