DIRECTV Account

I am getting error message that my user ID or password are incorrect but they are not. I try resetting password anyway.  Stil can't log on.  Have cleared cookies.  Tried different browsers on laptop and phone.   Trying to log in and pay my bill.

Hi - I spoke with Sasha-Kaye back in October. She said she'd call me back in 11/15 (yesterday) which she did but unfortunately I was not able to pick-up the call. How do I get a hold of Sasha? She needs to make some adjustments on my account based on our last phone call in October.

If you refuse, you start getting text messages from their personal cell phones. One of them is 928-929-240
