payment disputes, collected $500.00 from someone with no account, has held money for 4 months now

Bank paid in error from Archived account in Oct 2023 $500.00, have no account, owe you nothing, yet you continue to hold my $500.00, unacceptable. No account confirmed by your call center multiple times, even on 3 way call with my bank, sent you the email confirming funds sent to you on10/27/2023

Reference #240304-000086.

Please refund my money ASAP. Next Stop BBB and Public
