DIRECTV Perks

Hello,

Does anyone know how I can access the new program DIRECTV introduced DIRECTV perks? I have been trying to login to this program and it stays on this page. It says PERKS are ready for me. I've tried from a laptop and a smart phone. Neither option is working. I already have a DIRECTV satellite account.
