I have DirecTV stream on 2 TVs in my home. LR works great. Bedroom hasn't worked for at least 4 months. Pressing Ok does not work on remote. I have forgotten my user ID or act number. My husband is in a long time care facility and I believe he initially set it up while i did the installing. I have paid for 2 services all this time and need to get it working.
