Directv MasterCard Refund

This card is useless.  How do I go about getting my refund back that they owe me.  I used this card that they sent me with a refund on it and directv preceded to reject payment with this card.  So now the card has no balance and I had to pay the month that they rejected the payment for.  So therefore I actually got no refund for the amount they over charged me.
