I subscribe to HBO through DirecTV. When MAX replaced HBOMAX I downloaded the new app. My info from the HBOMAX app was still active. I was not required to sign in and was able to use the new app with no problems. On June 7 I was asked to sign in. For the past two weeks I have been unable to sign in
