Wireless receiver has all blinking lights

I have AT&T uverse and fiber internet. My living room TV works fine. The bedroom receiver has flashing lights. I tried rebooting the receiver. Still flashing lights. I rebooted the gateway. Still flashing lights. Now what? I had a power outage for eleven hours after storm.

Non-Functioning U-verse Wireless DVR

My wireless VIP 2500 has died. I need a new one. I have spent over an hour on the phone being shifted from number to number with no one able to assist. I need a direct call number to order a new box. I am an employee and it seems to be harder to provide support than if I were not. Please help.

Box and tv turn back on after I press off on remote

It usually takes me 3 times to turn off my box and tv after pressing the off button on my att remote. I press the off button, it turns off and then right back on after a few seconds. I press off and it does it again. Usually on the 3rd time it takes and stays off. It only ever happens on my main tv,

Terrible customer service.

I have the same issue as Jessica Strum’s above issue. Apparently previous owner had a business account which has not been canceled. So I can’t get service. After hours on the phone , I called Xfinity. They are coming tomorrow to set up tv and internet.

ATT emailed me after canceling the tv service to recycle the outdated cable box rather than to return it. How do I know if ATT will later ask for proof that I recycled the unit? Or if ATT will charge me for the unit since they didn't ask for proof that I recycled it? ATT does some strange things aft

Sedgwick not responding to property damage claim. Damaged to my gutter drains caused by AT&T

I have damage to my gutter lines from AT&T. Claim has been forwarded to Sedgwick. Numerous emails and no response. Also no return calls. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
