Wired TV starts and stops

Received a new wired DvR for the den TV. It continues to start, stop and pixelate. I have pulled plug on all devices, re booted router with no success. Have also checked input plugs and tried known working HDMI cables. My wireless boxes are fine. Help….

We lose the connection on one of our tvs every day and have to reset the modem.

At least once a day, sometimes more often, our bedroom tv loses its signal and we have to reset the modem. This is very frustrating, especially considering how much we are paying each month. Seriously considering dropping U-verse altogether!

Wireless receiver has all blinking lights

I have AT&T uverse and fiber internet. My living room TV works fine. The bedroom receiver has flashing lights. I tried rebooting the receiver. Still flashing lights.  I rebooted the gateway. Still flashing lights. Now what? I had a power outage for eleven hours after storm.

Box and tv turn back on after I press off on remote

It usually takes me 3 times to turn off my box and tv after pressing the off button on my att remote. I press the off button, it turns off and then right back on after a few seconds. I press off and it does it again. Usually on the 3rd time it takes and stays off. It only ever happens on my main tv

Terrible customer service.

I have the same issue as Jessica Strum’s above issue. Apparently previous owner had a business account which has not been canceled. So I can’t get service. After hours on the phone , I called Xfinity. They are coming tomorrow to set up tv and internet.
