Poor customer service
AT&T lacks with their customer service. Do not trust anything they say. I recently started renting in a community that only has ATT as an option. First the service guy tells me not to call and change my service or they won’t be able to install. And that att would know I didn’t get the two extra receiver’s installed. Well that was a lie. I got charged for them. So I called and lady told me to only pay a certain amount and the other would be removed from my account. So I did and guess what it was not and the (Edited per community guidelines) even charged me a late fee. So because I care about my credit I paid it off but I will never consider or trust att for any service. Once I move I will be choosing a different service company.
