Returned Equipment charge

I returned the U-Verse equipment on 4/18/22 via FedEx for which I have a receipt. I have gone round and round regarding this charge with ATT and the collection agency! This has been going on for over a year...I just caved and paid the balance so it doesn't reflect on my credit! How can I get reimbursed for the charge I just paid? This is ridiculous...I returned the equipment; if FedEx lost it then it's not my fault!!

File a complaint with the BBB.  Those are handled by the OOP and someone should be in contact with you.
