Need a replacement uverse wireless receiver

Only one number for all Uverse products of ATT Phone, ATT Internet, ATT Fiber, AND Uverse IPTV …. 800-288-2020.

Note the first three products were Uverse VOIP, Uverse Internet ADSL2+ and VDSL FTTN and Uverse GigaPower (fiber) before being rename.

Thanks for responding . I tried that number today but it was an automated line, and I never got to speak with a representative . Any advice that would help an older person out ?

Thanks Robert . I was on a DM earlier today with a rep of AT&T . After an hour with little progress, my screen showed "Error 404, page cannot be found" so I presume the call was dropped . I do still need help getting my receiver replaced if you could do that please .
