WIRELESS CABLE BOXES WILL NOT RE-CONNECT

Some nice fence people cut our ATT fiber cable so we were without for 24 hours. Now our wireless receivers will not re-connect after following the re-connect onscreen instructions.  Any suggestions?

Use our guide on how to Troubleshoot a wireless U-verse TV receiver.

  1. Press Menu.
  2. Select Help > Information > Troubleshoot & Resolve > TV > DVR.
  3. Follow the onscreen prompts. 

 You can also use the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool on U-verse TV.

  1. Press Menu on the U-verse Remote Control.   
  2. Scroll down to Help, then press OK.   
  3. Select Information.
  4. Scroll to Troubleshoot & Resolve, then press OK.   
  5. Select the service you want to troubleshoot and allow the interactive diagnostic test to run and complete.   
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions to resolve. Other options may include dispatching a technician or speaking to a Customer Care agent.

If you still need help, let us know. We may have to send a technician.
