He added the box to my account and it still show unprovisioned. I ebonite’s my WIRELESS ACCESS POINT and rebooted the set top box and reconnected it to the network. The problem is still the same.

Tech from India called and corrected the issue on their end. It took about 45 minutes to review and resolve the issue.
Outsourcing might save ATT money, but it doesn't save time for anyone involved.
