Being Charged For non existant Equipment

I have been charged over $170 for a gateway that is in the wall of the house I moved from & even have an email saying NOT to remove said equipment but nobody at customer support in whatever country it is in understands the issue. Equipment return.

I have moved to a place where I can no longer have AT&T uverse and I cancelled my account. I turned in all the equipment requested and have a receipt from UPS. But I have received no confirmation from AT&T that they received it. I thought I would get at least an email confirmation.

DVR not recording

Can’t connect roku tv with AT&T uverse
