Being Charged For non existant Equipment
I have been charged over $170 for a gateway that is in the wall of the house I moved from & even have an email saying NOT to remove said equipment but nobody at customer support in whatever country it is in understands the issue. If I cancel U-verse TV and keep internet, will I still have to pay early termination fee? August will be the end of so called promoting. I was quoted a price when it started and has went up twice since.

Equipment return.
I have moved to a place where I can no longer have AT&T uverse and I cancelled my account. I turned in all the equipment requested and have a receipt from UPS. But I have received no confirmation from AT&T that they received it. I thought I would get at least an email confirmation.

DVR not recording
My 2nd, yes I said 2nd, ATT U-verse DVR is not working properly. -Scheduled recordings are not recording -Recordings disappear -Conducted troubleshooting suggested SEVERAL TIMES. Can’t connect roku tv with AT&T uverse
I recently bought a 22” Roku smart tv. I’m not able to connect it to Uverse. I was on the phone with 3 different AT&T people for 3 hours and they couldn’t help. I scoured the Roku website and found no answers. When I finally called the Best Buy HQ, I was told that Roku is “not compatible” with AT&T
