Non existent customer service

Three weeks later and over 6 hrs on the phone to overseas call centers I still have no resolution. Sent wrong incompatible equipment three times. Appointment scheduled and no one showed up. India call center could not give me an answer why? Asked for a supervisor and again waited on the phone for over an hour. Been with this company 17 years and means nothing. Spectrum is looking really good

Customer service should be a priority. I understand the challenges after Covid having said that answers that a customer may have have become more difficult. If I spend an hour or more with an issue and no resolve what do I do? I have been loyal customer for over 16 years use

to be customer service would immediately handle an issue problem solved. Now I have to go to another country to be told please hold while I review the issue minutes and minutes like the agent wants you to hang up.

Now I hear the equipment will be outsourced At what point is greed the best meal you have ever had?

Corporate bonuses could be compromised.At what point is greed the best meal you have ever had ? oh and now my monthly bill just went up 52 dollars lol
