U-verse TV

Tech came out and replaced one of our uverse receivers. He gave us return box and instructions. We returned it next day. Approx July 15th, 2023. Now my bill has a charge for 163.00 for equipment not returned.

Please update the wallpaper associated with U-Verse. We've been looking at the same photos since....well, forever.  With all the other negative issues with U-Verse, I think you could at least update the wallpaper.  That way, it will give us something new to look at while contemplating if

I've followed every direction on connecting the reciever with my phone and every direction with the app and I still don't get an option on my phone to connect. I don't get a "remote tab" and there's nothing in the settings or preferences neither. So wut up wit dat?

When I turn on the TV I get HDMI in the upper right hand corner. Then, NO SIGNAL pops around the screen.  I tried to turn off the box for 10 second then turn back on this did not work.  I'm older and pretty upset.  I don't understand all this stuff.  There is an AT&T service
