One of my wireless receivers doesn't work. I have restarted it many times but it still doesn't work. All I keep getting is a big red X on my TV screen. I need to replace it . How can I do this. Is there a customer service number I can call to get this done?

WIRELESS CABLE BOXES WILL NOT RE-CONNECT
Some nice fence people cut our ATT fiber cable so we were without for 24 hours. Now our wireless receivers will not re-connect after following the re-connect onscreen instructions. Any suggestions?

Being charged for equipment that the service tech took
