Uverse app not showing recordings

My app is suddenly not showing recorded shows or shows to be recorded although they show up on actual dvr. I have deleted and reinstalled app, restarted my phone, restarting my box etc and nothing has worked. How do I fix this?

I’ve had ATT for 15 years because it’s the only service for my area and every night at 11pm the signal is lost. I called many times for help and they just walk me through the steps I already tried.
