U-verse TV

On all of my 5 TVs, the picture continues to freeze up every few minutes. Why is this happening and how to fix it?

My Uverse service was transferred to a new address. Att sent new equipment to my old address and I was not notified. A $210 charge was sent to collections and I found out much later when the charge showed up on my credit. ATT reps and I resolved the issue and the charge was removed from my credit. N

How can I launch a defrag of the U-Verse recorder hard drive?

I know I've seen theses instructions posted before but for some reason my searches haven't been able to locate them. I've been getting an X8 on my IPH8010 so it looks like the dvr finally bit the dust. I've tried non-destructive unplugging power 3 times many times and had no success reviving it.

I received my bill with an additional $107.04 because your serviceman came out to fix my U-verse situation. (I was unable to get TV service for 3 days). I don't believe I should have been charged because when I telephoned you I was switched from one person to another. Please note that I am 84 years

This is a recent development. We have had AT&T Uverse for years. The Wi-Fi indicator light was always green until recently and now it's red. The television is working fine just concerned about the red lights.

We have a telephone line that runs from our house to the street. It has been there since we bought the house 5 years ago, and every year it hangs lower and lower and is now about 7 feet from the ground. We have no landline, nor will we ever have one. How can we have it removed. We live in Perrysburg

My account was suspended due to non-payment, so I paid the past due balance once I got paid (literally a few hours later) to have service restored but we still do not have service. The payment shows up on the account and on my bank statements so how long do we have to wait for service to resume? I'd

When I press certain buttons, the receiver will continuously reboots. Last night, it rebooted without touching the remote.  I tried switching receivers with another TV in home and problem persists on same TV.  Not sure if this is a receiver or TV issue.  Anyone experience this?

I am a consumer with many options AT&T and Direct Tv will no longer be and option and I will make sure everyone who will listen and or read will know why
