U-verse TV

We have 4 tv's and all of them are constantly freezing. This is very frustrating abd it is getting worse. Today it will play for 1 minute and then freeze. We cannot watch anything!

Recordings list is unavailable. I’ve rebooted the modem and Tv units.

How do I assign my favorite list of channels to the main guide?

Bought a new smart tv. My Att u-verse remote will not go into pairing mode. Was working before. Remote operates the cable box fine.

Happens sporadically. Reboot fixes screen but often not sound. Samsung plus input works fine.

I logged into my account at att.com. I went to my profile page. I saw my TV and internet account number. There was also my email address, phone number and physical address. However, when a scrolled down a bit further, I found a TV account (different account number) with a phone number, email address

Three weeks later and over 6 hrs on the phone to overseas call centers I still have no resolution. Sent wrong incompatible equipment three times. Appointment scheduled and no one showed up. India call center could not give me an answer why? Asked for a supervisor and again waited on the phone for ov
