ATT Email and Direct TV account the same??
Now when wanting to change my ATT email password I get the message: "User ID has multiple accounts, which account do you want to change the password on" AT&T ID DIRECT TV ID Any idea what is going on? I certainly don't have a Direct TV account......possibly many years ago I may have had their cable?

I HAVE HAD ATT UVERSE 450 FOR MANY YEARS AND CHANNELS SEEM TOO BE DISAPPEARING, I NO LONGER GET CINEMAX-TMC AND SEVERAL OTHER MOVIE CHANNELS. I HAVE REBOOTED, INCLUDING REBOOTING THE WPS, MANY TIMES AND STILL NONE OF THESE CHANNELS ARE RESTORED. WHAT IS THE ANSWER.
