Have new Insignia Fire TV. Can't get it program channels from U-verse cable?

followed through all programming instructions and when I scan for channels it doesn't pick up any of the cable channels

How to engage Uverse TV support via email?

Online support/chat do not help with my issues of select local station stuttering and guide errors that make scheduled recording almost impossible. I have tried diligently. Phone support ties up too much of my time. It would be awesome if I could escalate service issues effectively via email!

Please Wait frozen

Lost power for two days. When rebooted, TV in primary room is frozen on just wait. I have three other boxes in the house that are all working. Internet is working well. I’ve tried multiple restarts and browsing the message boards. Model is IPH8010. Any help would be appreciated.
