Instead of waiting for the channel to switch from satellite to streaming, is there a setting or way to force it to use the internet? We live in a windy area, and this would be a great value to the service.

I am a customer of both, and used to be able to sign in under one login to see both accounts. Now when I sign in to AT&T I only see my Internet account, and when I try to sign into DirecTV I get an error. How do I solve this?

I am trying to stream to my samsung TV. I have the Direct TV streaming app installed. When I log into it using my satellite user ID and password, I get an error code 201 - saying my user ID or password are incorrect. How do I delete a channel that comes up in my normal line up on Directv? I do not want it coming up at all as I do not want my son to see it at all/

The remote will turn on/off tv, adjust volume on soundbar but when I push the input button, it will bring up the TCL options but you can't scroll through the options. If you press the input again it closes the TCL input options. I have not been able to change the input.

Received a letter stating than an email was sent but rejected. It's an email we haven't had for over 8 years. All info on the site is correct, including our email. Letter had our complete, correct address and DirecTV account number. Is this a scam?
