Bills paid months ago are now showing past due.

I show 2 monthly payments for posted for January 30, 2026 ($322.70) and February 25, 2026 ($367.80). On May 5th both of these amounts were added back on to my bill. Months later! No Sound

I have two DirecTV receivers that have stopped putting out sound. Tried re-setting, unplugging, etc...no luck. Other peripherals plugged into TV's (Amazon Firestick) sound fine. I have 5 other DirecTV receivers that still sound fine as well. Receivers are about 8 years old, if that matters. Thanks f

The last few days I cannot fast forward genie recordings from the Directv app. Was working fine before that.
