Gemini Limitations?
I have DirecTV satellite and just added a Gemini device. Everything is fine for one TV but I have come to understand only this one TV can take advantage of the streaming option Gemini offers. Using the rewind and fast forward feature on DVR shows
When I used the spectrum remote and fast forwarded through the commercials on the shows I watched through the DVR, there was a feature that would "go back" 3 or 5 seconds if you went to far ... Is there a feature like this on the Directv DVR and remote?

Does anyone else have trouble seeing the remote in the dark? I just switched from Cox and their remote was fabulous! It lit up when you picked it up and was bright. This Direct TV remote only lights when you press a button, is very dim and only stays lit for 5 secs. Is there a better remote?

What does it take to get an employee of Direct TV to actually follow through with what they say they are going to do?
I have been calling Direct TV for months now explaining to them that we only have 3 TV's not 4 so we should be getting one TV for free and then being charged for 2 ($7.00/Each) which would be $14.00 per month. They have been charging me $21.00 per month for months now. I gave them the serial numbers
