Missing a confirmation of my equipment return
We canceled our uverse service and returned four receivers, remotes via UPS. Received email this morning confirming the return of three receivers. Guess I just wait to see if they just overlooked the fourth or what? Have receipt for four receivers. The fourth unmentioned receiver is a different model number.

Thank you - guess I will wait to see if I get any further notifications. The UPS employee was packing everything in one box so I don't see how it even got separated.

I have this exact same situation. I dropped off 4 DirecTV receivers with UPS and got a receipt from UPS listing all 4 receivers as being accepted by UPS and shipped to DirecTV. However, the email I got from AT&T only lists 3 of the 4 receivers as being received by AT&T.

Aminah, yes please follow up with me on this. I am not paying for equipment for which I have a receipt verifying it has been shipped by UPS.

Good luck. Still waiting to see if the equipment shows up in their return system or if I get charged for non returned equipment. We have receipts so we shouldn’t be charged.

I have EXACTLY the same issue. Returned 3 yesterday and got a confirmation of 2 being received this morning. We watched all 3 get scanned at UPS, so why are we only getting confirmation for 2??

I haven't been billed for the 4th receiver but will watch my monthly bill for the internet charge and see if an non returneed equipment charge pop's up..................the customer service rep at UPS told me to hold on to the receipt "forever...................you sure have to wonder about the equipment return center.
