Fiberoptic Hole

Fiber optic was installed in my neighborhood a few months back. They dug out my backyard and put a box in the corner. I came home on Friday. The box lid was removed and left open. The next day I saw a large hole where they had dug up my yard to install the conduit. I went to look at the hole and it opened up more. Now I have a large hole in my backyard and I can’t go in my yard. I’m concerned that my dog or my child will be hurt if they go outside. This whole is at least 4 feet deep and it’s dangerous. Please give me a contact number for someone to come fix the mess that they’ve made in my yard.

What am I thinking of?

"Call our partners if AT&T techs damaged your property."

Isn't this a similar situation? Did the partner change?
