U-Verse out

Picture /sound comes 9n for several seconds then out again. Repeats this when changing channels, for each channel

Need to call 800-288-2020 to schedule a service appointment…

If you have more than one receiver, happening on all units?

Your description is problem going from unitary to multicast mode.

Not an inside equipment issue but a port issue at the VRAD. Tech will need to perform port(s) swap.

Have you rebooted the STB/DVR?  Have you rebooted the modem?

Thank you so much. I have used the remote power button, holding it down for 10 seconds to reboot and also unplugged everything from the wall. I guess I should believe them when they say-"U-Verse is not available at this time. Try later". I keep 'trying later' and it continues to do the same thing. Btw- I do remember my childhood phone number. Lol. Passwords- not so much.

Do a whole house reboot.  If you have to call CS, they're going to ask you if you've done that anyway.

Unplug EVERY THING

Wait 30 secs.

Plug in gateway first.  Allow all lights to come one.

Plug in DVR next.  Wait for it to become functional.

Plug in each STB separately and allow each to turn on before moving on.

Do you have AT&T internet?  Is it working properly?
