ATT says no but I can't believe in this day and age there is no way to transfer DVR'd shows to a new UVerse receiver? We have a new receiver coming tomorrow & can't believe we'll lose all our shows. Cell phones have been doing transfers for ever - but not UVerse?

My U-verse gateway (3801HGV) randomly reboots multiple times a day. I've checked all the connections, and have reset the gateway back to factory settings. I've had U-verse 10+ years and this is the original gateway.
