U-verse receiver won’t restart

Have restarted receiver several times since we had a power outage. 5 of our 6 receivers are back up. I can’t seem to get the last one working. Any ideas?

Power outages (and subsequent surges) are known to fry equipment.

Call customer service 1-800-288-2020.  A replacement STB will be sent for a self-install.  You should get an email with instructions on returning the bad box.

We’ve had ATT for approx two months.  Our second receiver apparently just died, according to tech support.  Of course it’s Saturday so nothing happens fast.  They did say they’d send us a new receiver.  Making it number 3.  This is really lousy service and poor quality equipment, considering we will be on receiver #3 since April 11.  No internet and no TV til now long ???  Sad situation for someone taking online classes !!!!!!!!

@murphysfarms3. Do you have UVERSE TV?  They haven't sold Uverse TV for awhile now.

We are in an apartment community.  They told us to use ATT.  IPH 8005.  They tried to trouble shoot this morning.  We’ve unplugged it numerous times.  It’s so frustrating because we never had problems with Dish Network before we moved here.  And we had them for nearly 15 years.
