Why was my post closed? I was working on the response about details for the person who asked. Where is this other thread and why would you close the one that actually had a pending question??

You had bumped one thread and started a duplicate. I closed the thread you bumped, but linked to the one that was closed. I have no idea why the other was closed without a link to any other thread.
@JefferMC any thoughts?

I closed the post "Please help!" because "Property Damage Claim" already existed, and had not been closed.
Please help!
https://forums.att.com/conversations/uverse-tv-equipment/please-help/60d68dd0337423193ceb7be3
However, it wasn't his thread to begin with and he had been (properly) suggested to move elsewhere, which he did, and that thread has been closed (by me), leaving him with no threads to post to.
So, I have reclosed the original thread (Property Damage Claim below):
https://forums.att.com/conversations/uverse-tv-equipment/property-damage-claim/5f4675274833936f69db1c78
And reopened Please help! and updated my reply. Sorry for the confusion.
