Please help!

Hello, can anyone help me get anything done with this company? I got assigned to a T Hardy and they are beyond unprofessional. I have been calling her for over a month and never has she answered, not even once, never returned my voicemails. I had to call the company and escalate my case just to get an email from her so I could turn in my claim. The company put the wrong information into their system so I was unable to make a my Sedgwick account and they didn’t fix it so I have no way of knowing what if anything is going on. I have emailed her asking for updates and as always she refuses to do her job and reply. I need someone high enough up to actually help me. Please!! This is the most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered in over 40 years.

Where does it belong? Do you have a particular spot for situations like these? How do I actually get help?

Well, let's start at the beginning.

What service do you have an issue with?

Cell phones?

DirecTV satellite?

Internet?

U-Verse (IPTV, similar to cable)?

AT&T TV (the merger of DirecTV Now and AT&T TV Now)?

Something else?

@Ghost_Jay ... As we were saying.

What AT&T service are you having an issue with? What is the issue?

I do apologize for posting in the wrong spot. Here’s what’s going on. Basically AT&T had blasted big orange data cables through my main drain to my house. This happened about 7feet underground in my front yard so I couldn’t see the damage and didn’t realize the damage had occurred. This allowed roots to grow into my drain and ended up flooding parts of my home. I hired Dutch Enterprise to come clear out my line and sent down a camera to see what had happened. He found a hole through my large PVC piping and said it looked like something broke through from the outside but we couldn’t see what. They gave me a quote to dig 7 feet down in my front yard to see what caused the damage and to fix my drain. I accepted and when they unearthed it, it was instantly obvious that they had blasted these large orange data cables (later determined to be AT&T’s lines by Dig Rite). We wanted an AT&T representative to come see the property damage in person while it was unearthed, so we did what we were supposed to do and reported it to dig rite. From what they all told me all utilities involved with my property were given 2 hours by state law to show up and see if they were involved in any damages when lines have been struck (emergency ticket). One by one the utilities arrived promptly, everyone except for AT&T, they never bothered to show up and on top of that they gave a fraudulent statement to dig rite stating that my property doesn’t have access. The poor Dutch worker had to sit on the ground in my front yard in the hot sun waiting hours for AT&T to show up, however they never bothered and then Dutch made the repair and dumped dirt in rocks into hole. The project manager and the team took many good photographs of it and texted me a statement confirming that AT&T had never came and that they were at fault and that I should file a claim and get reimbursed. So I navigated AT&T’s website and they told me that Sedgwick handles all their claims and to call them. I did and a claim was opened. They mailed me a list of information they wanted from me and told me I had 14 days to fill out all the information and turn it in. They wanted me to make an account I tried to make a mysedwick account however I’ve been unable to complete the authentication part of the process because they don’t have my email address listed as an option to verify and the phone number they want to text is not my phone number. They didn’t even spell my last name right. As a result I was unable to complete the my Sedgwick account. ( It told me to contact my examiner. I tried calling her day after day, she never once answered the phone.I left a voicemail with my name, claim number, and call back information and she never returned my calls. So here I was 10 of my 14 days were already up, all spent trying to contact my claims agent a T Hardy. It became obvious that she was trying to stonewall my claim and run me out of time by refusing to communicate with me at all. So I called up the Sedgwick number and explained to them what was going on. They attempted to call my agents supervisor. The supervisor refused to answer the call so they escalated the case and told me someone would be calling me in the next couple days. No one ever called, however they did at least get her to email me and told me to email my claim to her since they didn’t seem to care to fix the my Sedgwick account issue. So I typed up a big paper complete with photographic proof of my claims. There were so many pictures that I had to send it in two separate parts do to file size. I emailed her them and asked her to please email me back confirming that she got them. She ignored me for days but eventually emailed me back saying yes, she got them both and that they are currently investigating my case and would be in touch with me soon. That was back at the first of the month and I never heard back from anyone ever since. I emailed her and requested an update as people with Mysedgwick account access get real time updates on their claim. I however get nothing but ignored. It’s been over 20 days since I asked for an update and still nothing… For all I know she could have deleted my claim and went on her way. I have photographs of the stuff and so does my agent, but no one is actually doing anything. I know AT&T subcontracts their work out to other companies but at the end of the day it’s still AT&T’s responsibility and I wanted to make sure that AT&T is aware of what these companies are actually doing in the name of AT&T. I guess I’m hoping someone in a position that could help will see this and hopefully will want to help me. Or perhaps someone has had a similar situation with them that might be able to shed some insight.
