Has anyone had this happen!?!?!? I cancelled my service 11/2021 and was shipped the box to send the equipment back (which I did). We moved from the residence we were receiving DIRECT at. I could not continue my service at our new residence because I couldn't afford it. All my bills are directly paid

Is there a way to get 16 subscriptions and 16 boxes for satellite? and we can prepay 2 years subscription on each box do you offer a CI cam module and card for tv instead of the box?

Is there any way you could send me the information for my DirecTV reward card to my email address. I need the money

I was told that my 100-dollar rewards card was mailed out on Dec 23rd, 2023. I still have not received it. I tried calling everyone at Direct TV. you can see that I explained I had not received it they all told me to call the rewards team well you call the number for the rewards team and all you get

it was a refund from ending service. I tried using this card at a target, and online on a website . declined at both online sites. Yesterday tried to use at target , did not work and card charged me .33 cents  What’s up with this card and how is a person supposed to use it??

My equipment is slowing down. The response to my remote is getting slower. The equipment is doing things I don't ask it to do. WHY? This seems to be happening more often. Why DO I HAVE TO WATCH COMMERCIALS after recording shows to watch? I paid for these shows and not commercials! I am dropping AL

I filed a fraud claim as directed by the Directv website in August. I have not been contacted by Directv to resolve this issue.

I filed an identity theft claim on 9/9/23. The website stays I should receive a response or update within 4 weeks.  As of today, I was given a telephone number via DM to call regarding my claim.  After 36 minutes with multiple transfers, I was told the number was only for cell phone so m
