Just curious about what others think about the Gemini remote? I personally think it is a swing and a miss.  The ergonomics of it aren't good.  It has an odd shape, it doesn't feel good in your hand, the number buttons are too low on the remote and the lettering on the buttons are too dark

https://www.directv.com/support/article/000092463 says to hold the blue button for 20 seconds. That does nothing.  There's a menu option that claims to do a reset, but it does nothing as well.  I tried contacting support, and this is the biggest mystery they've ever encountered... after h
