Channels disappeared on app

Last night I suddenly lost most channels (only have about 20 channels still streamable, and none of the free channels are streamable anymore) on the app due to contractual obligations. Is this a glitch or actual contractual issues? Note that I’m a satellite customer using streaming on one of my TV’s.

Thanks for letting us know, @alexz6000. There's no known issue with channels disappearing on the app. Rights to streaming channels are based on programmer contract negotiations, which can limit access to specific content. Which channels have you lost access to? Also, please try restarting the app or uninstalling and reinstalling it, and let us know how it goes. John, DIRECTV Community Team
