Gemini missing Apps

Hi guys, I have a Gemini receiver in my living room and all of a sudden it’s missing the Apps. The only apps are the regular Directv apps like you’d see on a regular non android tv receiver. It’s almost like it thinks it’s a genie client. When I went to info, it doesn’t know much about itself. Just spitballing here, Is it possible the HR54 sent it a firmware update meant for a genie client because it’s acting like that. If I restart it, it returns to normal for a short time but then starts acting up again. What could possibly be happening here?

Suggest you Press the reboot on the side of the Gemini -See if that changes anything
