Survey about service
The other day I talked with a female about my bill going up and about the sport package, the person was very rude and nothing was was accomplished. I will be canceling my account on the 10 November. I will need all boxes to ship my equipment back. The bill is to high and no one would work with me to lower the bill, thanks.

Networks charge TV providers more and more each year resulting in the cost we are at today. Discounts are not guaranteed. That means sometimes to lower bill we have to reduce service. Customer support agents can only work within the options the account has. It is not up to them to choose a price.
Certainly employees should convey this all politely. If you fee an agent has gone overboard, that is the time to request a supervisor.
