I am on my second Gemini unit and I still have the same problem. On start up, about 3 to 4 times a week, I only get audio, no picture. The picture is blank or some partial picture. I do not get any error codes. I have to hit the Red reset button and that brings the picture back after it resets. Ther

Is it legal for directtv to charge $199 for a Credit Management Fee when the sales tech did not mention this fee at the time we signed up? Also is it allowed for the techs to offer discounts and not tell you that they signed you up for auto pay?

Remote option missing in settings
My Mom just moved to an Assisted Living facility and pays for Directv in her room. She has a brand new Onn Roku Tv. Remote won’t fully pair and the DirecTv rep said it’s not possible to pair with this TV brand?? It’s a Genie remote. I can get it into RF mode but the Settings does not have an option
