DIRECTV STREAM

I'm about to give up. I got DirecTV 3 months ago (mostly because I wanted the AT&T fiber internet service).  Anyway, it's been a nightmare ever since.  Multiple support calls, replaced the receiver, rebooted everything so many times, I've lost count.  Here's my typical experience

I have a number of programs set to record, when I had satellite I could set them up to record for longer than their scheduled run time so that during things like NFL season when a game runs long I don’t lose half the show I set to record, can’t do that with streaming. Anyone have a work around?

I just installed directv using gemini and internet. every time we put on one channel, we get a pop-up saying to go into settings and make privacy selections.  in the settings selection, there are no privacy selections.  basically, there seems to be no way to make the pop-up go away.

Recently got service, streaming Directv service, no box. When swapping stations it will hang and say "Hmm, this video is taking longer than is should to load. Thanks for your patience". Sometime it will click on after a little bit, but many times either the audio will come on but will never display
