My mother in law has dementia and needs a very simple, large button remote to control her Gemini system in her assisted living apartment. The facility just dropped all the provided TV and forced us to get our own. She has ATT internet so we added DirecTV gemini. She cannot use the provided remote.

I have two LG smart tvs one is brand new UHD4k webOS24 and that is the one I am having serious buffering problems with my gemini air system. I have 2 and I even tried inter changed them older tv works fine with both new tv has buffering with both

My friend and neighbor gave me his box, these are all new as our entire HOA (275 homes) is switching from Frontier to DirecTV stream. Can I use his box? When I do a factory reset does it remove his profile permanently? They are only using the app on their smart TV.

Whenever college football is offered in 4k format the picture quality is horrible -a faded, dim, washed out look with poor color rendering. No amount of tinkering with settings makes any difference.  I have five different smart TV’s from 32” to 65” and brands from TCL to Samsung and LG.  

I need to reset my home location. I just changed internet providers but I've used my four annual resets. I've called customer support at least 5 times and it's as if they have no idea what I'm talking about.

I recently switched to DirecTV Stream (from Dish Network), I have previously had regular DirecTV, on Stream I do not see where I can setup to record all games of a specific sports team. I would like to record all 49er games and all Warrior games, but when I select a game and try to record the serie
