Recent software update

Recent software update is slow and not as user friendly as past configuration on streaming service.

Was advised to uninstall and reinstall which I did and it did not resolve my issues.

When going to guide and selecting favorites it does not display until I scroll up to all channels then it will display my favorites.

Also, can no longer scroll backwards once it displays channel lineup from selecting all or favorites.

Any advice, anyone else experiencing similar issues?

The app for the Samsung Smart TV has always been very buggy and inconsistent in performance. It is highly recommended to use an external streaming device with the service.
