account associated with... isn't eligible to resubscribe online. If you want to reactivate your account

Hi, I've had a Samsung TV with DirecTV and everything worked well. I had not turned it on for a couple of weeks. 

I now turned it on, and asks me to log in, which I did through the QR code, etc. and it says something about an issue on AT&T side. I now logged in, but this time by typing on the screen both login and password. I successfully got logged in but gives the error: "The account associated with... isn't eligible to resubscribe online.
If you want to reactivate your account..."

Any ideas? 

Note that I have another Samsung TV without an issue (can watch recordings set up, etc)
